List::Pairwise provides functions to map and grep lists two elements at a time, setting $a and $b to each pair instead of setting $_ to each element. As of version 1.01, List::Pairwise now tries to use the newly implemented XS functions pairmap, pairgrep, pairfirst and pairs from List::Util 1.31 and up, resulting in a major speedup. New code should now preferably use List::Util functions directly, with the added benefit of relying on a Perl core module.
Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
The pkg_admin audit command locates any installed package which has been mentioned in security advisories as having vulnerabilities.
Please note the vulnerabilities database might not be fully accurate, and not every bug is exploitable with every configuration.
